J Voyles Productions formed V Star Enterprises in Houston in 1982 to create, produce and execute high caliber advertising and merchandising campaigns for some of America's top companies. The V Star merchandising team perfected infomercials, television commercials, business development bundles and buy now productions to help small businesses compete head-on with giant corporations for a fraction of the cost. V Star partners with TV stations from coast to coast to supply quality films, programs and product merchandising infomercials. V Star has a healthy track record in broadcast management. The company managed broadcast stations from 1987 to 1998, when the focus was shifted to production. Stations under the V Star flag posted record setting increases in gross revenue and cost reduction, resulting in a 51% net operating margin. The staff won three national, five regional and dozens of local awards.

Today, V Star is an equity partner in multiple businesses.
